Are We There Yet?

Why do you ask?

This new media installation by Bay Area artists Gil Gershoni and Ken Goldberg takes the inquisitive impulse and bounces it right back through intelligent cameras and state of the art algorithmic based sound design – creating a location based, user- reactive sound experience all about questioning.

With crazy generous support from Meyer Sound (can you say Cirque du Soleil and the Beijing Olympics), Gershoni created an interactive and social campaign that brings questions from around the globe into the exhibition space. Check out the site, app, twitter, facebook and press.

With a new division called the Motion Gallery, BBC needed a way for their international audience to intuitively access one of the largest stock footage collections in the world. The answer; put the consumer first. We brought users directly into the database through visual interfaces spanning a wide range of high search content. And then we integrated the user interface design right into the existing technology. Beautiful.
